It is my pleasure to announce our first USA administrator - Andy Frazer who has put his hand up to be the administrator for the State of California.
Andy is a very talented photographer specialising in Night photography and long exposure work.

Two California knols should be uploaded by the end of this week, and I expect to have a few more by the end of the month.
